MrTeach.us offers two types of kit-concept Robinson Streetrackers,
a complete kit and a partial kit. Each of these types allows you to build your
own streetracker when you follow our assembly manual and use our kit. The contents
of the kits are summarized below with prices and a sampling of pictures.
The Complete Kit is available in two models. Each contains all components needed
to build a complete streetracker.
If you choose Complete Kit Model #1, you will be provided with a Champion style
frame, of chrome moly. This is a true flat-track race frame that is very strong
and light weight and has a beautiful appearance. The frame is nickel plated unless
otherwise requested.
Complete Kit Model #2 is lower priced without sacrificing quality. The frame
is modified Yamaha and the rear wheel is drum, not disc. The gas tank is steel, not fiber glass.

1. Frame Assembly

This is a chrome-moly - made just for you - version of the very successful
Champion flat-track chassis that was so popular in the 1970’s.
This frame is built to order and comes complete with all brackets for
installation of the supplied accessories which are included in the
price. These brackets and accessories are:
· battery box
· foot pegs
· side stand
· fork stops

2. Suspension Assembly
$700
Front forks are remanufactured Yamaha 35mm. The triple trees are cleaned and
primed and repainted. The seals and bushings and tubes are new. The lowers are
polished. Tapered roller bearings and a steering stem are included. Rear shocks
are gas charged, with 90/130 progressive springs.

3. Handlebars
Handlebars are flat track style, either in gloss black or chrome. Please check our shop pages for current prices.

| 5. Exhaust Assembly $390
Two individual exhaust pipes–1 ¾” diameter, mated to
our reverse cone rebuildable glasspack 14” long mufflers. They come
with all brackets and clamps.
Three choices of exhausts:

Traditional right and left side
·
Flat track style- both exit to the right side
·
TT style – exhaust pipes are under engine and mufflers exit at upward
angle on each side pack 14” long mufflers. They come with all brackets
and clamps.

7. Engine

A Yamaha 650, 700 or 750 cc used engine is the driving force; it is a twin
cylinder, the version made from 1969 through 1983. The engine is completely
redone. All internal parts are either renewed or carefully inspected
and cleaned. The Yamaha engine is known for its reliability; normally
our kit engine has new cam chain, seals, gaskets, piston rings, valve
guides, clutch plates, starter upgrade and new or reground valves. If
it needs a crankshaft, or overbore, or any other part – it gets
it! We want you to be pleased! Externally, the engine is cleaned and
some parts are epoxy painted while others are polished.

| 8. Carburetor Assembly $390
Two 34mm new Mikuni round slide carbs are specially jetted for our exhaust system,
with adaptors, air cleaners, throttle cable, and twist grip.

9. Wheels
The rear wheel is a knock-off hub, which is laced to a Sun WM 4 rim. Stainless
steel spokes and nipples are used. The tire is a Dunlop K81 – 18”;
this is a dirt track style tire which is approved for use on American highways.
Front wheel is a 19” Sun rim with WM 4 Dunlop K81 laced with stainless
spokes to a Yamaha hub. Hubs are either polished or epoxy aluminum finishes.

A beautiful piece of carbon/fiber sculpture. It comes with seat pad and mounting
bracket with or without integrated number plates and tail light.
